     An entrepreneur at heart, Arthur has started many companies and has a broad business background that he channels, to convert challenges into opportunities. Arthur joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004. His team sold the highest priced home in the history of the United States and is consistently ranked as one of the top real estate agents in America. Arthur specializes in luxury properties in Silicon Valley.  
     Previously, Arthur was a Principal and Managing Director at Randolph Equities, a National Real Estate Development Company; he served as the onsite Project development representative where his responsibilities included identifying opportunities and directing projects from acquisition to sellout. Arthur’s development experience ranges from condominium conversions to Luxury Retirement Communities as well as Medical Office Building development. He can spearhead all phases of development including, site selection, acquisitions, construction, construction budgets, team assemblage, marketing, sales and closeout.  
     Prior to joining Randolph Equities, Arthur was the CEO of J Colton Company, a designer apparel and footwear chain which he founded in Santa Monica, California. Arthur developed the strategic business plan for the successful 12 store chain and was responsible for overall marketing strategies, management, site selection, retail concepts and design. He expanded the chain throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. His keen abilities to develop and market a brand, anticipate consumer trends, identify a market niche by implementing sound business strategies, attention to detail and through knowledge of the industry has made me successful in every endeavor he has been associated with.

Barbara Sharif

    Barbara has always had a fascination for real estate. She became a real estate agent and bought her first home in her early 20s. She has owned homes in Atlanta, South Florida, Los Angeles and the Bay Area.
     Having been there before, she knows that a home sale/purchase can sometimes be a confusing and overwhelming process. So it is important to Barbara to be by your side every step of the way, whether you’re dipping into the real estate market for the first time or hoping to buy the home of your dreams.
     Barbara is a licensed real estate agent with Sotheby’s International Realty. In addition to assisting buyers find their dream home she also manages the office for Arthur Sharif and Associates.
     Barbara’s attention to detail is invaluable. She is a self starter and works well independently. Prior to real estate, Barbara was a retailer in Los Angeles. She owned and operated a clothing and footwear boutique in the Palos Verdes peninsula area of Los Angeles. When she relocated to the Bay area, she opened her own staging company, First Impressions, catering to the luxury market in the mid-peninsula. Barbara graduated from the University of Georgia with a Business/ Fashion Merchandising Degree. Although a very successful businesswoman, Barbara’s greatest accomplishment is raising three great kids. 


Susan Spiegel

    Susan’s wealth of experience in office management/administration, technology, real estate operations, marketing, web development and accounting spans 25+ years. Her resourcefulness combined with her outstanding organizational skills give her the ability to handle a variety of transaction management and administrative tasks both quickly and efficiently. Susan moved to the Bay Area in 1999, after living in New York City and Denver. Susan holds a BA in Accounting as well as an AA in Fashion Design.
